The Crescent Beach Association Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled regular meetings on the second Tuesday of the month 6:30 p.m. at the CBA Center, 37 Bayview Avenue, Niantic, CT

A message from the CBA Zoning Enforcement Officer

Please remember that a CBA Zoning Permit is required for any construction, fence installation, or a new shed.  Please contact the zoning enforcement officer to apply for the CBA Zoning Permit first.  Once approved by CBA, your application goes to Town Hall for approval.  Call or email Jim Ventres with any questions about the CBA Regulations.
